Release Info from Scat Records 1/8/23 email: Feb 17, 2023 street date. GBV's second album from 1987. If you�ve bought any of the other reissues, you know what to expect here: thick tip-on jacket, HQ RTI pressing, and an exclusive color (clear with blue and yellow swirls this time) as well as standard black. There's also a teal color pressing for retail. If you�ve ever seen the back cover of an original copy, you know much of it is nearly illegible. Many hours of pixel-level editing have ameliorated that a bit.
Scat Records 3/28/22 email mentioned GBV's Sandbox reissue LP was "in production, ETA unknown" while noting that they hope it will "land before the end of the year". |
