Guided By Injury
10:21 AM, Tuesday 5/14/02
Guided By Voices have been forced to cancel their May mini-tour plans after vocalist Bob Pollard suffered a back injury. As of press time, the indie rockers look to pick up their schedule beginning June 7 when they hit the road with My Morning Jacket.
Rescheduled dates for the canceled shows will be announced shortly.
This is the second time in less than one year the band has had to nix tour plans. Last July, drummer Jon McCann broke his hand, forcing the band to stay at home.
The band has been out promoting its upcoming album, Universal Truths And Cycles, which hits shelves June 18. |
